These Terms & Conditions apply to the Harrasteputiikki online store. We refer to it hereinafter as Harrasteputiikki. By using our website and placing an order you fully accept these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Nature of Our Online Store and our direct delivery model.

Harrasteputiikki is an online marketplace portal that brings together product selections from several different suppliers in one place. We do not own or stock the majority of the products ourselves. In most cases, products are shipped directly from the supplier’s warehouse to the customer through dropshipping or direct delivery. We operate fully in accordance with our suppliers’ terms and conditions. This model allows us to offer a wide and diverse selection of home electronics, toys, garden and outdoor products, cleaning products, and home interior products.

Inventory Information and Availability

Suppliers’ inventory levels are displayed in our online store in real-time with live status. However, stock levels can change quickly due to multiple simultaneous orders. If a product turns out to be out of stock during order processing, we will notify the customer as soon as possible. We will then offer alternatives such as refund, replacement product, or new delivery time.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are normally processed within a few business days after confirmation. Delivery time to Finland is estimated to be 2-3 weeks after processing. Delivery time may vary depending on the supplier’s location, customs procedures, and the shipping company. All orders are binding once the order has been confirmed. Exact shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout before final confirmation of the order.

Prices and Value Added Tax

All prices are shown including VAT at zero percent as we are a new business and have not yet exceeded the sales threshold. If our sales exceed the VAT registration threshold, we will notify customers separately and update the prices according to the applicable VAT rate.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Because we operate as a dropshipping store and follow our suppliers’ terms, products generally do not have a right of withdrawal or cooling-off period. By confirming your order, you commit to purchasing the product definitively. In exceptional cases, such as defective or damaged products, we follow the statutory liability for defects under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Warranty and Liability for Defects

Products come with a limited warranty provided by the supplier or manufacturer. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults during the warranty period. This warranty does not limit your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act. We strongly recommend reading our Warranty Policy page carefully before placing an order. You will find detailed instructions on how to handle warranty matters, liability for defects, complaints, repairs, or replacements.

Reliable Suppliers and Our Mission

We only work with reliable and tested suppliers. Our mission is to offer our customers quality products at competitive prices. We continuously search for new products and partners to improve our selection.

Customs and Import Duties

Some products may be shipped from outside the EU. In such cases, the customer is responsible for any customs clearance obligations, customs duties, VAT, and other import costs in accordance with Finnish law. Harrasteputiikki is not responsible for these costs and cannot predict their occurrence or amount. We recommend checking the latest instructions on the Finnish Customs website at www.tulli.fi.

Other Terms

We reserve the right to change prices, delivery terms, and the product range without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, Finnish law shall apply. We primarily aim to resolve disagreements through negotiation. Consumers may seek assistance in dispute resolution from the Consumer Ombudsman or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. The processing of personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy.
