  • Household items, skincare, and healthcare products: Covered by replacement warranty.
  • Small electronic gadgets (such as massagers, power adapters, computer accessories, home accessories, security accessories, car accessories):
    If the product contains used electronic parts, it is covered by a 12-month limited component warranty + replacement warranty.

2. Computer ComponentsGraphics cards, memory modules, SSD drives, M.2 drives, motherboards, CPUs, power supplies, and computer cases containing used electrical components are covered by a 12-month limited component warranty.3. Computers and Gaming Computers

  • Small (Mini) computers: Covered by 12-month limited component warranty + replacement warranty.
  • Expensive computers (costing over 2,000 €): Covered by 2-year limited component warranty + replacement warranty.
  • Harrasteputiikki branded new computers: Covered by 12-month limited component warranty + replacement warranty.

4. Other ProductsAll other small items and clothing are covered by replacement warranty.
Please note: The warranty is valid only if the product has not been damaged by the customer through incorrect use, improper installation, or mishandling.5. Warranty ExclusionsThe warranty does not apply if the product has been broken due to:

  • Customer’s own fault
  • Wrong way of using the product
  • Incorrect installation (especially with components and electronic devices)

Normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.6. RMA Process (Replacement Management Assistance)Because we operate as a dropshipping store, we follow the warranty terms and conditions of our suppliers and partners. If you need warranty assistance:

  • You have 14 days from the moment you notice the defect to open an RMA (Replacement Management Assistance Form) through our website.
  • We may request photos or videos as evidence to inspect the case.
  • In most cases, you do not need to send the item back to us. If your RMA is approved, we will send a new replacement product directly to you.
  • We will personally inform you if your claim is accepted
