Registration Because we act responsibly, and we want the customer to act responsibly, you must register as a customer with us, we will send the information regarding the order to the customer account, we also need to forward your contact information to the party handling the order, i.e. the second party, however, we do not disclose your information to third parties, such as for marketing or other personalized targeted advertising, we can only use your information for our own advertising if you wish.
Ordering / Shipping
nventory information and balances are live information, you always see immediate information about the supplier's inventory, we receive product information via API, so the information is in real time. Delivery time to Finland, most often within 2-3 weeks after you have paid your order to us, and we have forwarded it to our supplier. The supplier normally sends tracking information within 2-3 business days of the order, once we have received the tracking information, the shipments can be tracked online. Some goods can also arrive faster, if the supplier has a warehouse in Europe, or within the EU area, in which case the products can arrive in Finland in up to a week.
We use several suppliers that we have selected ourselves from around the world, the length of the delivery time also depends on this, we only approve reliable suppliers, those that we have experience with ourselves, or alternatively we know enough about.
Customs and taxes Please note that because we use several different suppliers, you may have customs duties, unfortunately we cannot say where the supplier will send the product, it will only be clear after the delivery has taken place, so you should be prepared for the possibility that you will have customs duties. We are happy to help with customs duties, no problem, you will receive an invoice / receipt from us, which you can use to clear customs when your product arrives for customs clearance, you can use the attached customs calculator to find out the costs in advance, however, in most cases, despite customs clearance, the product is cheaper than the corresponding local product in Finland.
